** Mario, which are really your believes? Well, I should say first that medical doctors with their “science” are forgetting the real medicine, that’s why I’m not a doctor. I am a simple healer with plants and therapy knowledge. I’m here to cure ill people in a real and definitely way. Not like scientific doctors that only calms down symptoms and does NOT eradicate the cause, so the disease manifest again after a while.
I’m here to let you know that I CURE across my knowledge and the correct usage of my sacred plants and therapies. Because I’m a HEALER I believe in the things I do.
**How is the Ayaexplorers´ staff? The staff is extremely friendly and supportive of the Cleansing, Curing and Shamanic process. We consider these experiences to be about something sacred.
** Do you serve salt and/or sugar free meals? Not at all in our Cleansing and Curing Therapies, we serve excellent meals with regular amounts of sugar or salt… we avoid it in certain CURING process.
** How is the climate? The Amazon’s Rainforest is hot and humid with cool evenings and nights. It rains every month with a dryer and wetter season. The wet season is from January through May.
** Will the seasons affect my Health Recovering Therapies? All of the Cleansing, Curing and Shamanic activities are available year round.
** Are there native communities in the area? It is important to enjoy the Amazon´s Rainforest environment, absorbing the detail, while leaving behind as little of our culture as possible. There are small communities near our Camps locations.
** What language is spoken? Castellan is spoken throughout Ecuador. The locals in the Amazon’s rainforest speak Castellan with the addition of some Indigenous languages. (Shuar – Quichua, etc). ** How long last the ayahuasca ceremonies? Ceremonies generally last between 1 to 3 hours. Depending on many factors.
** In ceremony's day shall we fast? In that day, we most leave a gap of about 6 hours without eating before taking Mama Ayahusca.
** Certain foods most be avoided? Yes: Ham, bacon, pork, chilliest and hot stuff ( at least 3 days before ).
** How is the drinking water you offer us? You will get all the time PURIFIED drinking water.
