Airline tickets international roundtrip to Guayaquil and/or from Quito departure

Clothing:
Lightweight hiking shoes ( we provide rubber boots)
Waterproof rain poncho
Light jacket/windbreaker
Sun/rain hat and sunglasses
3-4 pair of pants – light weight or quick dry, long pants and walking shorts
4 light long sleeve shirts + 4 T-shirts, tank tops or other comfortable casual wear.
7 pair of socks and underwear.
(The amounts are for 15 Days “A PLUS” Programme – Less amounts for other Programmes).
Sleeping and travelling clothes.

A back pack and sleeping bag.
For rainforest, rivers, lakes and waterfall expeditions:
Day pack.
Please bring a one litter or quart water bottle
Sheath or pocket knife (Swiss army utility knives are excellent)
Journal and pens and/or tape recorder and tapes for personal notes
Camera and film (a good point –and-shoot camera is recommended)
TOILETRIES:
Dental care Lip balm Comb/brush
Personal soap and shampoo (preferably biodegradable)
Two towels and washcloths.
BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL:
At least three (2) days before your arrival you need to let us know your TRAVEL DETAILS: include flight number, carrier name, number of travelers, names etc., date and time of arrival for applicable flight DETAILS in GUAYAQUIL only. For this year we are not operating in/from Quito. Once you arrive to Guayaquil you will pay us in CASH the total COST of your Programme BEFORE it begins.
HOW to BOOK:
1.- You don't need to worry about a Castellan—English INTERPRETER. AYAEXPLORERS will always provide one (it’s include in the COST).
2.- Your name as it appears on your passport.
3.- Your passport number and country of issue.
4.- Your nationality.
5.- Your date and place of birth.
6.- Your full address, Cell Phone number and e-mail + Cell Phone number and contact name in case of emergency.
7.- PAYMENT: Once you arrived to Guayaquil you'll do it in US dollars.
INSURANCE:
You understand that – in your own interest – you most have a suitable medical and travel insurance arranged before the Programme begins. This insurance most cover personal accident, medical expenses, lost of effects, repatriation costs and all other expenses which might arise as a result of inconvenience, delay, injury, damage or loss.
AYAEXPLORERS' Healing and Shamanic Center reserves the right to change the order of the schedule Programme, or to make adjustments / changes at any time with out prior notice. Participants are expected to show respect at all times for the environment they are into (being that plants, animals, the rainforest, or ceremonial practices) and to project a friendly attitude towards other fellow participants and the AYAEXPLORERS' Staff. We reserve the right to kindly decline (at any time) applications of participants reputed unsuitable to the spirit of the initiative and Programme offered ( not valid for “C” Programmes ).
